Cyclone Spirit Squad Appearance Request Form - Iowa State University Athletics

All appearance requests MUST be made 3 weeks in advance.

There is a $5 non-refundable fee that will be charged at the time of requesting the event. You will be asked to make this payment after filling out the following information below. If we can fulfill your appearance request, you will be sent an online invoice to pay with a credit card. This $5 non-refundable fee is on top of the appearance fee if we can fulfill the request.

Corporate: A fee of $350/hour for Cy or Spirit and $450/hour for Cy & Spirit

Weddings or Special Events: $500/hour for Cy or Spirit and $600/hour for Cy & Spirit

Iowa State University (departments, clubs, etc.) : $200/hour for Cy or Spirit and $300/hour for Cy & Spirit

K-12 School or 501(c)(3)Non-Profit: $100/hour for Cy or Spirit and $200/hour for Cy & Spirit. Documentation of charity or non-profit status may be required after appearance request is submitted.

Please state what times you would like Spirit Squad members to appear at your event. This should not include arrival time; we will determine arrival based on requested appearance time. Any appearances outside of the Ames area will be charged the appropriate hourly rate for total appearance time.

Review and Submit

Iowa State Athletics must review and approve all appearance requests. Submitting a request does not confirm attendance. Request fee is nonrefundable.
